Cotton and cotton yarn listed in the tariff exemption of China on US goods

The State Council's Tariff Commission announces on February 17 that it will start accepting applications for tariff exemptions on 696 US-origin goods including cotton (HS code 52010000) and cotton yarn (HS code 52051200) from March 2, 2020. The tariff exclusion is for the additional levies China imposed on US imports as countermeasures against Section 301.
