Export took a lion share in PIY market

Export took a lion share in PIY market, with proportion at around 30% of the total production, and export of finished goods of PIY which were mainly applied into vehicle and infrastructure sector occupied above 50%, mainly to the developed countries like Europe and US. Export of PIY to US amounted to 66kt in 2019, and US was the biggest destination, taking up 15% of the total export. Exports to South Korea approached 33kt in 2019, taking up 7%, and those to Germany, Turkey and India amounted to 25-28kt, possessing around 6%.
