Refined cotton market recovers faster recently. The companies have gradually resumed operation since Feb 10 and most of them have come back on stream in Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu and Xinjiang. The delivery of big deals has resumed with restart of logistics, while that of small ones is still delayed. The restart of Hubei-based companies is further postponed due to the epidemic, which is expected after Mar depending on the control of epidemic.
