PFY related projects added into provincial key construction projects

Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission recently issued the Notice of Supplementary and Withdrawal List of Provincial Key Construction Projects in 2019. 74 projects are added into the key construction projects list, covering 302.9 billion Yuan, and 11 projects are eliminated from list, involving 13.3 billion Yuan. Among the 74 added projects, 2 chemical fiber projects are included, covering 8.5 billion Yuan.
　　
The first project is the 500KTA intelligent super-simulation fiber project from Tongkun Group Zhejiang Hengchao Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., which will cover 21mu of land, establish polyester workshop, PFY workshop, fiber chip tank, PTA tank and MEG tank, 110Kv transformer substation, HTM station and polluted water treatment building project with 177,930 square meters, and build 1 polyester production unit and introduce 88 positions of high-speed POY winding machines, 480 position of FDY winding machines, 5 automatic packaging lines , 20 automatic doffing lines and supported domestic production equipment and public works equipment. This project will finally have the capability to produce 500KTA of intelligent super-simulation fiber and 13,200KTA of acetic aldehyde, involving 1.77 billion Yuan of investment value.

The second is the 1,200KTA intelligent, low-carbon and differential fiber project from Tongxiang Zhongyi Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. This project will use 690Mu of land, and the new polyester workshop and PFY workshop will occupy 471,694 square meters, which will adopt domestically advanced continuous polyester melting direct-spun technique like on-line adding absorbent agent and hydrophilc agent, “three reaction” technique process from US Chemtex, and import world leading new high-speed winding machines. This project will have 4 polyester units, 66 differential fiber production lines (totally 3168 positions), and establish various auxiliary production equipment, utility project and environmental protection project, which will finally able to produce 1200kt of intelligent, low-carbon and differential fiber and 2000 mt of acetic aldehyde annually, covering 6.73 billion Yuan of investment value.
